Serious Concerns Regarding the María Teresa Residence in Malagón. I want to share my experience at the María Teresa Residence because I believe it is important for families and prospective residents to be informed. Unfortunately, I have observed worrying situations that I cannot ignore. Firstly, I have noticed excessive medication use in some residents. This has led me to question whether the proper protocols for resident care are being followed. The health and well-being of our elderly should be the priority, and I am concerned that it is not being handled responsibly. Furthermore, I have witnessed strange situations involving residents, which has left me feeling uneasy. It is crucial that residents feel safe and well cared for, and in this case, I have not gotten that impression. I understand that caring for the elderly is challenging, but I believe it is essential that steps be taken to address these concerns. I hope the residence management will consider these observations and work to improve the quality of care provided. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that positive changes will be made in the future.

I had a relative there, and I must say they were more than accommodating, both to him and to us. The staff was very kind, caring, professional, and helpful.
