My father was there for five months until his death, and the care was excellent. The professionals were compassionate and empathetic. My father was very well, and his family was reassured that he was in good hands. Many thanks to everyone who cared for him so humanely and with such love.

The care provided by the assistants and some nurses is excellent; I'd rather skip the doctor's treatment. It's very sad to see your grandmother collapse in two days, and the report to take her to the emergency room states that it was "at the express wish of the family." Leaving my grandmother staring at a wall alone was the saddest thing I've ever experienced. You don't have to study medicine to know that she was fading away, but at least they should notify the family, let them know about this collapse. She had emergency surgery for an intestinal abscess when the nursing home doctor wanted to keep her on IV, and "we'll do a blood test on Wednesday," even though it's Monday. Well, thank God, at the express wish of the family, I know my grandmother died of an infection, and I won't feel guilty about having left her there because she went surrounded by all her family. It's very sad... and she was admitted there to recover from major surgery. I'm editing this so people even realize it took you three months to return the money you owed us. It wasn't enough for you not to know how to treat the most important people, our seniors. Dehydration, malnutrition... it's horrible to keep reading reports after months without the person we loved most.

The rules at this facility are unclear. One day they tell you that you can bring your dog to visit your relative in the common areas, but not in the rooms. Well, today, according to the manager, you can't bring your dog in. They don't care that you've come from far away to see them; they won't allow it. On top of that, they chase you around the residence as if you were going to kill someone. Honestly, this place leaves much to be desired, especially when it's something that benefits the elderly. They say it's okay outside, and I ask, "So, what about the terrace area?" And they tell me no, because the animal would have to go through the center to get there. Absurd. As a result, we were left stranded at the door.

A dreadful place. To be avoided at all costs. A nursing home like they don't make anymore, an anti-death chamber. Sinister. The treatment of the elderly... The lack of respect. The wards are like something out of a 1960s hospital. The food is exactly hospital-grade. Nonexistent psychological support. Horrible. The mistreatment. The dirty laundry, and when it doesn't disappear, it's gone. My father has had suicidal thoughts since he's been there. The before and after upon entering is shocking. He went in as an elderly gentleman; two weeks later, he was an anemic old man. He walked in and ended up in a wheelchair. Rehabilitation is a farce. They disable them. That kind of place shouldn't be allowed.

My father came in for a temporary stay for rehabilitation. He arrived unable to walk or move, and two months later he can walk and even shower on his own. He's been incredibly happy these past two months, and his rehabilitation has been fantastic. I know you have excellent professionals, like the physiotherapists. The cleanliness is superb, both in the center and in the rooms we were allowed to go up to, and I can confirm they were spotless. The staff's hygiene is also impeccable, and their linens are always clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. Without a doubt, if I had to recommend a care home, it would be this one. Thank you for everything!
