I'm going to share my experience after 8 months. When everything is going well, everything is fine, but when there are problems, that's where the capacity, values, and humanity of people and organizations are seen. My 88-year-old mother, who suffers from dementia and other pathologies, had a problem with a colleague, in which we children didn't have time to apologize and apologize to all parties involved. My mother wasn't aware of what had happened, so the decision was to expel her from the center overnight, instead of acknowledging that it could also be... that there was a lack of care and safety on the part of the center's staff, and maybe nothing would have happened. For the same price, with a waiting list, maybe someone else would have come in... and everything would have been resolved. I have nothing more to say, because I have nothing nice to say. I'll keep it to myself. I'm not going to be as harsh as they have been with my mother. My family has other values and humanity.

Hello, my 88-year-old mother has dementia, Alzheimer's, and more. She had a problem with a resident (a consequence of her illness) because she couldn't remember what had happened, and they behaved absolutely terribly. They have no humanity, no heart, and no shame. People keep complaining, and I didn't want to see it. They sell values they don't live up to. For the price (€1850), there are a thousand times better options. It's outrageous; they're a disgrace.

Our experience has been short but intense. My father was admitted with multiple health conditions. I only have words of gratitude for the management team who made things so easy for us from the very beginning; for the nursing team, in whom we placed our trust from the start because we knew my father wouldn't make it easy for them; for the physiotherapist and therapist who, even knowing his condition, tried their best with him; and for the entire team of caregivers who did a fantastic job and cared for him with love, which I know for a fact. And how could I forget the receptionist? Thank you for your patience and kindness. Thank you to the entire team at this residence. Thank you, a thousand times thank you.
