La Residencia Villa Cicero recibe opiniones muy polarizadas que reflejan una falta de consistencia en la calidad del servicio. In the five days I've been at the new residence, my mother stays awake during the day, whereas she'd always be asleep here, and no matter what time I went, she'd be asleep. They have an ideal temperature for them and the hygiene standards of a five-star hotel. She eats like she should, and the treatment is unique. This is something I've never seen here at Villa Cicero, and for all these reasons, I wouldn't recommend it.

Green areas? Four square meters, surrounded by a one-meter-wide sidewalk, we can extend the walk if we go through the car park. Is there space inside the residence for residents? Just enough, it's conspicuous by its lack of space, always sitting or walking through the three-meter corridor. Cleanliness, meals, and care for residents leave much to be desired. To get to the rooms, they have an elevator with capacity for a wheelchair and two assistants if they are thin. If they have to transfer a resident on a stretcher, it's mission impossible; there's no elevator or stairs, there's no space. Cleanliness in the residence leaves much to be desired. My mother-in-law was a resident at this care home and was very well cared for, treated with affection and kindness by everyone. We never saw any negative behavior towards her or any other elderly person; on the contrary, no matter what time we visited, the care was always evident. They always kept us informed, and I want to take this opportunity, even though they already know, to express my gratitude for how they cared for her until her final days. Thank you so much.
