It's shameful how they treat the elderly. That place doesn't require adequate staff or facilities; it should have been closed a long time ago. They're living off the elderly. What I don't understand is why these residences aren't inspected. I'll give it one star because otherwise, it won't let me post.

Good morning: We're so grateful for the video and the commendable work you always do, but even more so given the difficult situation we're experiencing. We loved seeing you! Best wishes and strength for what's left, and thank you for taking such good care of them! We hope we can soon get back to normal. A heartfelt thank you from the whole family!! 🌈🌈🌈

I'm giving Cuba a star because you can't give it a zero. I think this nursing home is saved because the families don't see what's happening at many times, otherwise it would already be closed. For those of us who have elderly people, our needs are the most important thing, and the financial effort to keep them well cared for is usually very high. Diaper changes, medications, etc., are too important to be taken so lightly. I think the problem starts with the center's management.

A very bad experience, terrible food, but that's a far cry from the poor care the residents receive. Not everything is worth it just to make money. They're people, not animals.

Small and the service is very bad. The grandparents pay for the lack of employees to serve them. That's a joke, poor grandparents!
