Do not take your relatives to this residence. The care is nonexistent, and they don't allow you to visit the facilities. It's a depressing place, as is the food; very dark and lifeless. The rooms don't have call bells, the courtyard is neglected, and the nursing care is practically nonexistent.

Excellent treatment of residents, outstanding staff, and home-cooked food that could easily be from a fine restaurant. Absolute tranquility for families, and priceless views of the bay from its beachfront location. Hygienic, family-friendly, and clean. Undoubtedly the best residence in the Campo de Gibraltar area, and at a great price.

This care home has appalling treatment. They expelled my mother after only 13 days, claiming they couldn't care for her because she has dementia and is on dialysis (I don't understand what kind of people they can possibly care for then). They gave me only four hours' notice that my mother had to leave the facility. They literally handed her over to the door with more suitcases. I have documents proving that the expulsion was unilateral on their part for this reason. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

My mother was admitted on January 29th due to multiple falls at home, paying €1450, meaning she was not on any subsidies and had no ulcers. When we decided to take her to the hospital, according to specialist reports, she was riddled with infected ulcers, according to what they told me and what I saw on-site, my mother has not been touched or treated, what a person in those circumstances needs, as if she were an animal. They refuse to give me the admission report. I am now waiting for a forensic examination. In conclusion, if you are going to take your relative, I would say they will think about it. One day one of the nurses, sent by the owner named LIDIA, comes to me and tells me that she forgot to charge me 0.37 cents on an unpaid pharmacy bill...

I couldn't be happier with all the staff while my mother was in the hospital they called every day to ask about her and while she was in the residence they also informed me of everything.
