The nursing and reception staff were of good quality, as were the social workers. The assistants worked quickly to attend to basic needs. The food was as recommended, although they accommodated larger appetites. The villagers were very helpful and friendly. The views were beautiful and unpolluted. However, the transportation options were inadequate for visiting the residents, with delays of up to 45 minutes and few buses. The ambulance service was insufficient. We were grateful that they did what they could to make our stay there pleasant.

It leaves much to be desired. Everything seems perfect and beautiful, but it's nothing like that. My relative was taken to the emergency room for vomiting and a drop in blood pressure (that's what they told us on the phone), and when she arrived, they couldn't even catheterize her at the hospital. It was all infection and pus (didn't the people who were supposed to be washing her daily and the nurses who were supposed to be watching her see that?). She didn't even last 24 hours in the hospital... You work with people, not animals. If you don't like your job, give it to someone else... I'm not generalizing; I'm sure there are some professionals there, but in our experience, not all of them are.

I don't know, my sister will probably be going to the residence. Please tell me if anyone knows someone there and can share their experience.

It's difficult to explain in a few words the sadness and disappointment, the immense pain of entrusting a loved one to people who are supposed to be professionals and committed to caring for them, respecting them, among other things... when a loved one is gone, there's nothing that can be done... I write this from a place of profound helplessness so that you will consider many things before entrusting your loved ones to this place...

Impotence and injustice are the words, there may be professionals, but we have been touched by those who are not. I hope that my aunt's case remains on their conscience. They made a big mistake and did not try to solve it, and all this without notifying the family. 7 days have passed in your hands.
