The occupational therapist there speaks very rudely to the residents and addresses them in a very unpleasant manner, and she does this in front of family members. What does she do when the families aren't there? If she doesn't know how to deal with patients with dementia, she shouldn't be working in a nursing home. I witnessed terrible treatment firsthand.

Thank you to all the staff for the care, affection, and close treatment you have given us. I have no complaints about them; whenever we saw my grandmother, she was well cared for and looked after. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support you have given us, because apart from taking care of my grandmother, you have listened to us at all times and comforted us.

Pathetic. The patients are treated terribly. They're bound to be understaffed, and on top of that, they're underpaid.
