La residencia "Hogar Residencial Real y Antigua II" presenta deficiencias importantes en el cumplimiento de protocolos sanitarios, especialmente en el uso de equipos de protección entre el personal y los residentes, lo que genera preocupación sobre la seguridad y prevención de contagios. Los visitantes han expresado frustración ante la falta de profesionalismo en las respuestas del personal y la aparente inconsistencia entre las medidas de seguridad implementadas y las prácticas reales en el día a día.

Just now, they brought the elderly out for some fresh air, and we asked a caregiver why she was sitting with them on the same bench without wearing a mask when they were wearing one. Her response wasn't exactly polite...she mentioned that she lived with them. Don't they go home when they're done for the day?...then we complain about the outbreaks...how embarrassing. They're urging us to eradicate these behaviors, please.
