La Fundación Raudense de la 3ª Edad presenta opiniones muy polarizadas entre los usuarios. Mientras algunos destacan el trato amable del personal cualificado, las recientes renovaciones y la excelente calidad de los servicios, otros critican duramente la falta de servicios esenciales como transporte médico, las instalaciones anticuadas y el trato deficiente del personal. Las experiencias reportadas son prácticamente opuestas, lo que sugiere posibles inconsistencias en la calidad de atención o cambios significativos recientes en la residencia.

They have no services whatsoever; even for an elderly person with Parkinson's to go to a doctor's appointment, their daughter has to travel to Burgos to pick them up and take them there. The rooms are old, the photos they display are outdated, and the staff's treatment is appalling.

An ideal place for our elderly residents with qualified and very friendly staff. Excellent service from everyone at the residence, including caregivers, assistants, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, laundry staff, management, and concierge. They've also recently completed major renovations to ensure our residents receive even better care. I definitely give it 5 stars.
