I want to thank all the staff. They are very kind and care for the elderly with great affection and respect. The residence is always clean, and it's clear they do everything with great care. My congratulations to everyone. Highly recommended!

My mother has been recovering from an illness for a few months, and the staff have been wonderful. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. They have a lovely garden to enjoy on nice days. The bus service they provide on Tuesdays and Thursdays is also a great help.

What can I say about this nursing home? The worst thing you can do is put someone there. It has a grand facade and a beautiful garden, but once inside, it's a house of horrors: filthy, smelly, and the treatment of our elderly residents is appalling and degrading. And when you go to visit, it's best to give them advance notice, because even then they come out with dirty clothes and overflowing diapers. Imagine if you show up unannounced. Some suffer this treatment and can't complain because they're not mentally capable of telling you, and those who are mentally sound are afraid of what you might do because they're the ones living there. And what can I say about the owner and his cronies—if you can even call them that—who are never around to give explanations and always pass the buck to "whoever is least to blame." I put that in quotes because I think they're all in on it. So, if even after reading all these bad reviews, you're still willing to put your elderly relatives in this residence, I sympathize with you because I'm convinced you'll end up writing more chapters like this one, or even worse.

Well, I'm not so sure about the treatment. They have residents isolated, and their families don't know why. They're vague in the questions they're asked: "It wasn't me..." "I wasn't there..." "It was a colleague..." "But that colleague isn't here anymore..." Basically, it's a real hassle to speak to a manager who WAS actually there on the days I asked. And the worst part is, the person who claimed not to be there was actually there; we had spoken to them. So, be aware of everything because they lie a lot. A resident has been in the hospital for weeks, and they don't even bother to ask how he's doing. It's clear they depend on them, but that's it. They only respond to positive reviews, and what about mine? They should be ashamed.

Now that I'm looking for a nursing home for my grandmother, I'm sharing my opinion about this one, since my grandfather was there. The care for the elderly is appalling. I'd never been to a nursing home before, but after visiting this one, I've become genuinely afraid of them. To sum it up in one sentence: they had my grandfather in bed with wet sheets and clothes. Outrageous and shameful.
