DomusVi Celada cuenta con un ambiente general positivo caracterizado por un personal atento y dedicado, instalaciones acogedoras con jardín, excelente alimentación y una atmósfera familial que genera satisfacción en los residentes y sus familias. Sin embargo, algunos usuarios reportan experiencias negativas relacionadas con la rigidez en horarios de visita y falta de atención hacia los mayores, sugiriendo que la calidad del servicio podría variar según el trato recibido.

I'm an assistant, and... at first you feel bad, son, you have the feeling that you're abandoning them... but not at all! I've never seen my father laugh like he does there. The best place we could have chosen for my father, a man whose life has been lived in a small town. The treatment is more than just family. It's a small place, everyone knows each other, it has a wonderful garden where they can go out and breathe fresh air... The staff... marvelous, they're treating our "grandparents" as if they were their own. No obstacles to entering and interacting with everyone. The food... fantastic. That it has some flaws... of course, we all have them, we're human... But I recommend it without a doubt.
