El Centro asistencial de las Hermanas Hospitalarias destaca por sus excelentes condiciones de vida, instalaciones limpias y un trato muy agradable del personal hacia los residentes y sus familias, lo que genera un ambiente acogedor y familiar que satisface ampliamente a los usuarios. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto al ambiente laboral interno, donde se reporta falta de cohesión entre el equipo, ausencia de apoyo mutuo y cierta frialdad en las dinámicas de trabajo que podría afectar la calidad del servicio a largo plazo.

Good senior residence, with good living conditions and a very family-friendly atmosphere. The only negative aspect is the work environment: there's no camaraderie or support, and a lot of loneliness and coldness. They don't seem to know how to work as a team, and that's crucial.
