My mother lived in this care home for five years, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. From day one, the staff showed exceptional compassion, professionalism, and a level of care that went above and beyond the call of duty. Throughout this time, my mother was treated with respect, patience, and comprehensive care that addressed both her physical and emotional well-being. They always kept us informed, made us feel involved in the process, and gave us confidence and peace of mind. The care home became her home, and also a second family for us. Seeing her well cared for, surrounded by loved ones, and happy was a great comfort during this stage of her life. We have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire team. Thank you for caring for her with so much love during these years. Special thanks to all the caregivers who looked after her with such affection for so many years and to the center manager who greatly facilitated communication with the center itself.

It's a perfect residence in every way. All the staff, besides being highly qualified, are attentive and caring. They show attention to detail I've never seen before—nurture, dedication, and a true calling. My mother's cognitive decline has improved thanks to their excellent care and the activities they provide. They've been a lifesaver for me, given the stress of being an only child and feeling completely overwhelmed. It was the best decision I've ever made; if I'd known much sooner, I would have done it. And the location in Santurtzi is superb, with views of the beautiful port and easy access, plus a park right next door where we can enjoy the sunshine with them. They're a wonderful family who are incredibly happy there. I hope many people take note because, as a healthcare worker, I've never seen a residence with such excellent management and professionalism. Being a healthcare professional, I know what I'm talking about. Thank you so much.

Very bad experience, resulting in a fall from the bed due to the lack of bed rails, no medical assistance from either the nursing home staff or medical personnel, requiring family members to request an ambulance for hospital admission, resulting in 5 broken ribs, two displaced ribs and pleural effusion.

Excellent service, well located with sea views and a park across the street. A very pleasant place for seniors.
