La residencia "Vivienda comunitaria El Parque" presenta opiniones extremadamente divididas, reflejando una experiencia inconsistente según el residente y el personal asignado. Mientras algunos usuarios elogian el ambiente familiar, la atención personalizada y dedicación del equipo (especialmente de Rosa, Marta y Amaia), otros reportan experiencias muy negativas caracterizadas por trato irrespetuoso, instalaciones anticuadas e inaccesibles, y comportamientos inadecuados de ciertos empleados como Begoña. If you want to bring your family member to this community home, think carefully. The treatment was horrible; even in front of us, they did and said unpleasant things… We got our family member out of that mess as soon as we could. I encourage the managers to take a course on empathy with dementia; it would be a great help for them, but especially for their clients.

To begin with, it's completely inaccessible for elderly people. There are two staircases to reach the entrance, and another two inside. The apartment is old, with laundry hanging on lines along the hallway walls. The rooms are gloomy and the furniture is outdated. Besides this, we had a very unpleasant experience there today. With all due respect to the staff (as their work can't be easy), I must mention the appalling manners of the employee Begoña towards our relative from the moment she arrived at the residence after returning from a walk. Her way of speaking to the resident was unpleasant from the start, completely disrespectful and rude, to the point that I asked her to please stop speaking to my relative like that and to be a little more considerate, to which she didn't even respond. The experience was truly sad, and the worst part is that we had to leave our loved one there in the care of this employee.

My mother was a resident, and I have nothing but kind words for the team who cared for her until the very end. They were always attentive and showered her with affection—Rosa and Marta, the owners, as well as Amaia, Vanesa, Laura, Bego, Itzi... I believe that personalized care is more important than the facilities and the medical team. In large nursing homes, the elderly are just another number, and everything is measured and timed. Not here. If it's necessary to spend some time chatting with and distracting an elderly person, it's done, and if it takes a while to feed them, that's done too. That's why I recommend this establishment, which feels very much like a family.

An excellent residence, with a friendly, caring, and family-like atmosphere for all residents. I am very grateful for this because my father was there. Many thanks to Marta and Amaya (the managers) and all the staff at the center. A big hug to everyone.
