This isn't a nursing home; it's a dump and a disgrace. Since the new management took over, they've been going downhill without stopping. They keep our seniors in deplorable conditions and, if they don't have family, they're practically abandoned to their fate. Of course, they're gradually raising the price as if it were nothing. The exterior is abandoned, the interior and facilities are from the 1980s, old windows in poor condition, and management that only cares about the euro, not the well-being of our seniors. If you're thinking of taking or keeping your family member there, think twice. For that price, there are other options in Larrauri, Mungia, or Bilbao, which are a thousand times better. Poor staff, a completely disproportionate price/quality ratio, little to no healthcare, a lack of transparency, and neglect from the management in everything other than money. I only hope and pray that the vultures who run it end their days in a similar way to how they treat their clients...

A small, very family-oriented residence with wonderful professionals of immense human quality. I hope the new management team that has just taken over will live up to the legacy left by the previous director. I can only speak highly of them and am immensely grateful for the care they give our elderly residents with such love, joy, respect, and humanity. Thank you, thank you a thousand times over. Special mention to all the staff members who I know are still here—you are incredible!

We were delighted with the way they treated and cared for my mother. They were sincere, sensitive, professional, and loving, working side by side with management and nursing staff. They were open and respectful of the instructions and recommendations we gave them. For example, we were also able to administer Bach flower remedies. Having this resource in Bakio, in this beautiful building with its gardens, and with the quality of care they provide, is a privilege. I had to use it with a family member for three months, and I must say the experience was absolutely excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and they provided daily updates on the evolution of the Covid situation. I will continue to use their services in the future.
