They have no respect for the neighbors. Every Tuesday at 6 a.m. they're unloading a truck. They don't know how to recycle; my 4-year-olds do it better. They don't turn off the sign's light at night, disturbing all the neighbors, and so on. Vitalia, if you want, I can send you photos of the recycling and the unloading so you can see it's not a lie. Cardboard doesn't go here; it's all "clean and green," just thrown on the ground. They have a hard time putting their gloves in the "clean and green" container. When will we be able to sleep properly? Turn off the "clean and green" sign after 10 p.m. 🤣 🤣 🤣

MANUEL RODRIGUEZ BUÑUEL To all the staff at VITALIA HOME DE SANTS – Barcelona This letter is to express my deepest gratitude for the care and affection with which you treat each and every resident. I believe that the most important thing when looking for a home—a place to spend time—for someone very important in our lives is that they are well cared for. That they are treated well. That all their needs, whatever they may be, are met. If you don't have money and have to resort to social services, you must be very lucky with the social worker you get. At this center, they have a wonderful person, a true professional. We were fortunate. After almost six months, my grandmother—my mother-in-law—passed away. During this time, we visited her almost every day, spending some time with her. During those months, we were able to observe how the center operates and meet the staff. I want to tell you that all the residents are addressed by name. All the staff members know the residents by name from the very first day. It's true that everyone's attention intensifies considerably as the end approaches. It's a unique, exceptional level of care. The health reports are extensive. Furthermore, the medical staff always calls to inform residents about medications or treatment plans. And what about the food? Well, they cook it themselves. They take special care to provide meals according to each person's needs (whether it needs to be pureed, etc.). The food arrives freshly cooked at the table. They feed those who can't feed themselves, one by one. I should also mention that the grandmother was clean and had her clothes changed every day, just like all the other residents. Everyone was treated equally, without exception. That's the important part. Now for the additional details. The facilities don't resemble a typical nursing home. They're more like a hotel. There are spacious dining rooms, and the double rooms are large with windows and plenty of natural light. They have everything anyone could need to be comfortable and keep their belongings organized. Clothing is labeled for each individual resident. Washed and put away in their closets, etc. The cleanliness is evident in every detail. Wherever you go, whenever you want—from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.—you can visit your loved one without having to make an appointment. This is a reassuring feature for families. It's a sign of transparency that's not common in many places. There's also a gym with physiotherapy and psychology services for residents and their families. Yes, you read that right. Psychological support is also offered to family members. I won't go on any longer. I'm sure I'm forgetting things… But I can't forget the people. I want to give special thanks to those who care for our elderly with such selflessness, professionalism, affection, and kindness. What a wonderful job you do! You should all be proud to be the staff on the floors. Finally, I'd like to express my desire to be put on the waiting list at Vitalia Sants so that I can be offered a place. I've already asked several times, but management hasn't responded. When my time comes, I want to be cared for here. Big hugs to everyone.

My mother was here for about a year and a half until she passed away. During that time, she received exceptional care from all the staff at the residence. They made her feel comfortable during her stay. And most importantly, in her final weeks, they showed special kindness to both her and her family. Thank you so much for everything, and congratulations on the excellent work you do.

My mother spent the last five months of her life in this care home. The care she received was excellent, and the support they showed her and us during her time of loss was unparalleled and deeply appreciated. During her stay, her quality of life improved considerably. Therefore, I can only leave a positive review and express our sincere gratitude.

We have my mother-in-law here, and the truth is, we're generally very happy. There are things that could be improved. For example, the director might be a woman with the necessary training to be there... but it's true that she's clueless about people, always defensive, and doesn't know how to solve problems. She does some pretty bad things. Not to mention firing a guy named Alberto, who's a wonderful person, is completely wrong. The guy is one of the best people I've ever seen at dealing with older people. A great professional. Such a shame.
