Hello, this residence is very poorly organized. They are scoundrels. On August 13th, I moved my mother and got her out, and she's still waiting for the deposit for the remaining 15 days of August and 70 euros for the month of May to be returned. They don't show their face. The only person who helps you is the girl at reception, who says they'll pay, but they don't. I'm going to report them. They play with people. After having been without an elevator for a whole month because they didn't come to fix it, you can't get your family members who can't walk out.

Don't bring your family here. At first it was all about the well-being of the person and other nice words. When the manager at the time took leave, she was replaced by the accountant, the owner's son, a person who should be far away from the grandparents. My mother with dementia was treated like crazy and was given all the blame for the disastrous management of the situation that this gentleman had. I had to take my mother away from one day to the next because of the anxiety she had, without understanding anything about what was happening. When I spoke to the owner after all this, her words were worthy of a person who has no idea how to deal with Alzheimer's patients. What a shame that no one regulates these businesses.

Think very, very carefully before placing a family member in this residence (if you can even call it that). My grandfather was given excessive medication to keep him quiet and still so he wouldn't bother anyone, which caused him to fall, resulting in injuries, bruises, and ulcers. He wasn't eating, which led to significant weight loss. He's currently in the hospital recovering from all the medication, and we hope he can pull through and return to the quality of life he had before entering this place.

I would like to say that when my father entered in September 2023, the "management" was very kind, but sadly, when his dementia worsened, things changed. I would just like to say that on February 30, 2024, I went to see my father like other days and made the payment for the month of March. On February 31, 2024, when I went, the next day, the management's behavior was rude. They only told me "I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE" and invited me to take my father out of the residence. I did take him to the hospital by ambulance. He was admitted for a month, and well, in the emergency room, they were amazed when we undressed him (I took photos). Nothing more to say, and I'll say it all. I claimed the month I paid for and that my father hadn't been there even for a day, and they deigned to return half of it after almost 2 months.

Very friendly service, always attentive to everything and ensuring you rest easy knowing your loved one is in good hands. They're always doing things with them, and my family member is definitely happy, which is what matters to me. The food is delicious, and the staff is highly qualified! Thank you for taking such good care of her!
