Residencial Cugat Natura presenta opiniones muy divididas: mientras que la mayoría de usuarios elogian la calidad de las instalaciones, la limpieza, el personal cualificado y la calidez del trato, una reseña expresa preocupaciones graves sobre la seguridad de pertenencias (robos y prendas extraviadas) y, más alarmantemente, sobre la supervisión médica deficiente (suspensión no vigilada de medicación anticoagulante). ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE experience, as can be seen from the star ratings. Furthermore, there's a point that doesn't appear in the questionnaire: the security of belongings. I wouldn't give them A SINGLE STAR in this category, given the number of thefts my mother has suffered over these past months: gold bracelets, earrings, even a brand-new bedspread, all vanished without a trace. It's despicable that some people take advantage of the elderly's vulnerability. I'd also like to mention the complete lack of control regarding clothes that go to the laundry and are never returned: t-shirts, blouses, pajamas, etc. And to top it all off, my mother's prescribed anticoagulant was discontinued seven months ago, which NO ONE noticed, leading to a tragic outcome. We've requested an explanation for this egregious oversight; we'll see how long it takes them to respond. In short, to summarize and for all the reasons stated above, the partial and overall management of this Residential Center is DEPENDABLE.

It is a high-quality center, very well prepared for the elderly, very clean and with quite qualified staff. The only downside is that some of the staff do not speak Catalan.

We're delighted. Not only with the service, but also with the food and the treatment. In fact, from what I've seen of other centers in the area, it's the one that inspires the most confidence in us. They have a lot of people working, lots of light, and a very warm atmosphere. Please continue like this; our mother is truly satisfied.
