A quiet residence with adequate facilities and a privileged setting. The center's management and operating company recently changed, and we've noticed a substantial improvement, both in the treatment and care of our family members and in the center's management. It's a blessing that my aunt has a place like this! My previous experiences at other places attest to the fact that this center is very good.

A devastating experience no family should have to endure My 98-year-old mother has spent several months at the Nostra Senyora Verge del Carmen nursing home in Sant Quirze del Vallès. A few days ago, she was admitted to the hospital in absolutely unacceptable conditions, with severe, infected pressure ulcers on her tailbone and foot, a glucose level above 600, and an alarming state of dehydration. This type of deterioration doesn't happen overnight. It's the result of a prolonged lack of care and basic attention. It's incomprehensible that a nursing home, supposedly specialized in caring for the elderly, would allow someone to reach these extremes without taking timely action. We left my mother in this nursing home, trusting that she would receive the care, dignity, and respect that a person of her age deserves. But what we received was abandonment, neglect, and clearly poor management. This isn't just a disappointment; it's a violation of her rights as a dependent person. I recommend that any family considering this residence think carefully. Don't be fooled by appearances. What happened to my mother could happen to anyone.

It's a peaceful and pleasant place to care for family members. A deficient employee has started a campaign to discredit this nursing home. It's a disgrace that this is allowed to happen...
