We want to thank the entire team at the Virgen de la Puerta residence for the love and care they have shown my mother. Despite having advanced Alzheimer's, she has always been well cared for and treated with great affection. It's a very welcoming center, where you can feel the close relationship with the residents and their families. They have also always facilitated visits, which has been very important to us. Thank you for your compassionate care and for making us feel at ease knowing she was in good hands.

Since arriving at the residence, my mother has received exceptional care and dedication at all times. My mother has been very well looked after. The staff has been very attentive and always focused on her well-being.

My father has been in the care home for over two years and has been well cared for and looked after at all times. Every time I visited, he was clean and looked well. The healthcare he received was exceptional; he was seen by a doctor whenever he needed one. I'm very happy with the way the caregivers treated him. Highly recommended!

My father stayed at the residence for 5 months and we were very happy. He's vegetarian and they adapted his menu without any problem, which we greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the care he received was excellent; he always seemed well looked after and comfortable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️
