In this residence there is a great lack of attention to its users. My second grandmother's whole stay was terrible because of all the care that attended to her, not to make so many changes in posture or care that she needed.

It could be better maintained; it looks old... It could keep the users more entertained and active. The terrace could be nicer and more modern, both for visitors and for users. It looks old. As everywhere, some staff are sweeter than others, and there are staff who know how to pamper and treat users, and others who don't... Our seniors need pampering and care that we can't give them because of the life we've been forced to live. We are grateful to those who pamper them, and there are few of you...
