I've never seen a nursing home like this, with such humanity. The staff are warm people; thanks to them, the grandparents are always laughing. I've met a nurse, Jennifer, and she truly goes out of her way for them. They're a great family. Thank you for being this way!

I am a neighbor of this residence, and from the bathroom you can hear the mistreatment of the elderly, leaving them in the bathroom for more than half an hour when they need assistance, while the elderly shout for them to come and get them; it really happens every day.

It's the best! They take excellent care of the elderly residents, with so much love and understanding. The residence is very spacious, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Oh, and everyone says the food is delicious!
