La Residència tercera edat Els Arcs destaca por su trato cálido, profesional y atento hacia los residentes, con una limpieza excelente y un ambiente agradable que genera satisfacción y lealtad entre visitantes y familias. Sin embargo, algunos usuarios señalan que la oferta de servicios se ha vuelto repetitiva y monótona, con tiempos de espera prolongados y una calidad culinaria media basada principalmente en comidas precocinadas, lo que cuestiona la relación precio-calidad.

In my opinion, this place has lost its appeal. I've been several times, and the service is good; they have a loyal clientele, but... everything becomes very repetitive and monotonous. The wait between ordering and receiving the food is far too long, especially considering that nothing requires much preparation. It's a place for set meals, mostly frozen items, which doesn't necessarily mean they're bad, I should clarify, but a breaded cutlet with potatoes, a salad, croquettes, patatas bravas, etc., are quick dishes to prepare. The price and quality are average. Anyway, let's hope they improve so I can continue giving it three or four stars.
