My two grandparents and my grandmother have been there for about two years. The residence is one of the best compared to others we saw. The staff are dedicated and very kind to the residents. Everything is always clean, and the food is good and well-balanced. They have outdoor spaces like terraces and gardens where you can walk around and enjoy the sun, which is very pleasant. It's important to keep in touch and visit the residents frequently, as there are always things that can be improved. But overall, we've always been very happy.

The transportation to get here is terrible. You arrive at the station and Maps doesn't show you which buses go there. They should look into this.

The night shift workers take advantage of the new staff and don't do their jobs properly as nursing assistants! They leave some patients on the floor complaining and in terrible condition. Don't bring them here!

The exterior and facilities are very good, as are the activities they offer. However, there are some issues with the clothing, and the worst part is that the food has been getting worse lately.
