La Residència Sophos presenta una situación muy polarizada: mientras que algunos familiares destacan el trato amable del personal y la satisfacción de sus residentes, la mayoría de las reseñas denuncian deficiencias graves incluyendo falta de personal, diagnósticos médicos inexactos, gestión deficiente y falta de transparencia en situaciones de salud como brotes de sarna. DISASTERING is the treatment the residents receive from the medical team and management, especially the so-called doctor. When he gives the diagnosis, he's usually inaccurate. The care and support the families receive from management is lamentable. Management tends to blame the residents and their families. Management and its management are never at fault for anything. It's botched and unreliable. The only ones who are saved are some assistants, the social worker, and the physiotherapist. The rest are worthless. When you have to choose three nursing homes to apply for a public place, you have to think this isn't the best option. I simply wanted to put it on record so other families don't make the same mistake. Furthermore, there was scabies and it spread. Management didn't notify them and didn't give any explanation to families. Nor did they take appropriate measures to prevent residents and their families from becoming infected. Management washed their hands of it by saying that it was NOT scabies, when the Sant Joan de Déu hospital did give us that diagnosis.

The service they provide is truly deplorable due to staff shortages. One of the cleaning women often has to help serve breakfast to the residents because the center operates with a skeleton crew. We take my mother there during the day and witness these situations firsthand.

Be careful with this nursing home. The assistants and nurses treat patients poorly and punish them. When you complain to the director, it's even worse; she blames the patient and then retaliates. 0% recommended.

The care home is in very poor condition and understaffed. The staff do their best, but it's very badly managed. The food is terrible. Considering the cost of admission, the quality is extremely low.
