It's a small residence with few residents, a peaceful atmosphere, and daily activities during the week. My mother has been there for two years, and I'm happy with the care she receives from all the staff. The treatment I receive as a family member is also very good, and they do everything they can to make daily life easier.

The director, whose name is Pedro, is a terrible person, to put it mildly. They leave very sick elderly people in their beds instead of calling an ambulance to check on them. This worsens their illness. They don't care about the residents in the slightest; you have to be constantly hovering over them. Don't take your elderly relatives to this residence if you don't want them to end up neglected. I'm not specifying the case because it would reveal my identity and that of my family member. But if I did, you'd be shocked. For your own good, don't go there. I mean it from the bottom of my heart.

Cheap things end up costing you a fortune. The word "residence" is a huge misnomer for that place.
