My father has been here for two and a half years. The ownership and management of the center changed a few months prior. On the plus side, it's a small center with only 22 or 23 residents, offering a very close and personalized approach. The food is good, and they closely monitor the residents. On the downside, the center needs renovation and a small solarium on the terrace (currently, there's only a small interior courtyard with little natural light on the first floor). There's a bit of disorganization with the laundry, despite the small number of residents, but it's a problem I've seen in other care homes. A year ago, the owners opened another modern residence with a solarium outside of Barcelona, which is quite enviable for those of us who have our loved ones in Barcelona.
