La Residencia Santa María destaca positivamente por su personal excepcionalmente humano y atento, una comunicación constante con las familias y excelentes medidas de seguridad sanitaria, aspectos que generan confianza y tranquilidad en los residentes y sus seres queridos. Based on my experience, I can highlight the warm, welcoming atmosphere and, above all, the human quality of the staff at the residence. The coordinator is a very good person, always attentive and cordial. The manager; needless to say... the best! Communication with the family is constant, which gives both the patient and the family a great sense of peace of mind.

I went there to ask for information. I can't give more stars because I didn't visit it in depth. I only stood in the courtyard and saw the facilities from the outside. The courtyard has trees, furniture in perfect condition, and plenty of shade in the summer. I think there were some mulberry trees, which means sun in the winter. The grandparents seemed very well looked after, and the staff who served me was very helpful and friendly. I wasn't able to visit it in depth because visits are by appointment. The area is residential and very quiet; the building is on a plot of land, and the walls don't adjoin other buildings. They are single-family homes.

A wonderful residence. The staff are incredibly humane, including Juan, Kelly, María de Mar, etc. I recommend it 100%.

Small and visitors don't get in, the staff are friendly despite everything...they bring the patient in a wheelchair to the door. After more than 200 km to see someone, being received on the doorstep is not great. I was taking my 85-year-old mother there to see her 89-year-old sister (no bench) so luckily I had a folding camping chair in my car but in the full sun the parasol was missing.

The Santa Maria Residence can boast of being one of the best companies in successfully managing the health crisis that has occurred during the pandemic. They have not had a single case of infection among residents or staff at the residence. Congratulations on your professionalism and good work.
