A very negative experience. My grandfather had money stolen (a theft that has already been reported), and during the night shift he was treated with disrespect and indignity. Furthermore, the food is poor and of low quality. The situation became so serious that we had to remove him from the residence. I absolutely do not recommend it.

How do they control their inmates? Every day around 8:30-9:00 in the morning, a man in a wheelchair leaves their facilities and urinates in the Conrad Crespí square in front of a children's playground.

It was the option chosen because we urgently needed to find a place for my mother and she stayed there until we found a place in a better place. The facilities leave a lot to be desired and the level of commitment and responsibility of the staff, too. During her stay there, my mother lost rings, earrings, clothes, unused shoes and... her dentures!!! Honestly, it is not a place I would recommend to anyone.

My grandfather spent his last months there and we are very grateful. Despite the whole Covid situation, we were able to talk to him whenever we wanted, we made video calls and we were in contact at all times. It saddens me that it has such a bad rating because of people who don't know how to appreciate it.
