La Residència Sant Josep presenta opiniones muy polarizadas, con evaluaciones que van desde excelentes hasta muy deficientes. Mientras que algunos residentes destacan las instalaciones modernas (habitaciones con balcón, televisión, calefacción), la limpieza y el personal atento y profesional, otros critican severamente la falta de atención, negligencia, personal grosero y quemado, así como problemas con la higiene y la alimentación. Esta disparidad sugiere inconsistencia en la calidad del servicio o posibles diferencias significativas en la experiencia según el momento o área de la residencia.

The rooms are nice and all have TVs. The staff is adequate, but more is needed. The food is good and plentiful, although there's perhaps too much fish served almost daily. The medical staff is competent. All rooms have heating and are clean; the sheets are changed almost daily. The staff is attentive and friendly. All rooms have a balcony for going outside to get some fresh air and sunshine.

Not recommended. Poor customer service. Burned-out workers yell at customers. In addition to being expensive, customers complain about neglect at the place. Lack of primary care. And they leave them alone for many hours. It's a shame. There needs to be more heart to work in places like this, rather than the heartless people.

It's filthy everywhere; you can tell they don't care about anything. The elderly residents spend half the day or more completely dirty and alone. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Terrible food, and the cook shouldn't work here. Rude to both coworkers and customers. I don't recommend it to anyone!

A place where they care for and pamper the elderly with delicacy and exquisite treatment. There is no one on the staff who deserves a complaint, they are great professionals and great people.
