La Residència Sant Francesc recibe evaluaciones muy contradictorias: mientras que algunos usuarios elogian genuinamente la dedicación y amabilidad del personal de cuidados hacia los residentes, múltiples críticas señalan problemas estructurales graves como instalaciones deterioradas, falta de equipamiento adecuado para pacientes con demencia y Alzheimer, ausencia de servicios de cocina y lavandería profesionales que sobrecargan al personal. Las opiniones negativas sugieren gestión deficiente a nivel administrativo, a pesar de reconocer que el equipo de cuidadores hace un trabajo profesional bajo condiciones difíciles

We were attended to on Friday to ask for information, and from what we observed the staff is very pleasant and attentive to the residents.

This residence/day center is a terrible place to describe; they are not equipped to provide the care needed by people with Alzheimer's, dementia, and reduced mobility.

This run-down care home desperately needs renovations. The beds, wardrobes, mattresses, and facilities are in terrible condition and need replacing! No excuses. 😐 I also don't understand why they don't have kitchen staff to prepare meals with fresh, not frozen, ingredients. The staff who are supposed to be caring for the residents have to stop attending to them and leave the elderly to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, wash dishes, and sweep. That's why they work such long hours—no one would want to work at their regular job, believe me! There's no laundry service in the afternoons either. They wash and dry... well, it's shameful! They are qualified caregivers for our elderly, NOT cooks, chefs, or cleaning staff. The staff is super professional, attentive, and they do a fantastic job, treating our seniors with respect, affection, and the care they deserve. "Something I can't say about the management of this residence." If they treat the staff who care for the people who feed this center like this, it's no wonder they're always looking for staff. #Get your act together Sant Francesc, things haven't been going well for too long. There are a thousand times better options for the same price or less.# I don't recommend it at all. 😶😤

I went to ask for information, and they gave it to me from the front door. They told me that no one from outside the center, not even family members, ever go inside. Very strange.
