If you want your loved ones to die, this is the right nursing home. The treatment by some of the staff is appalling, and of course, the director is a disgraceful and shameless woman. My grandmother died today. She wasn't receiving any care; she hadn't eaten, drunk, or even urinated for days. She was admitted to the hospital with kidney failure, dehydration, zero blood pressure, and zero blood sugar. I hope that your loved ones, dear employees and director of Bonifaci, are not treated the way my grandmother was treated. May she rest in peace.

La direccion no quiere que se sepa la verdad..llaman a mi hermana para que quite la reseña encima si fallecen te cobran todo el mes aunque ya no esten...mi abuela entro desidratada y fallo en los riñones al hospital y fallecio...no lleven alli a sus mayores si los aman...la direccion es de lo peor y no me van a callar...que tengas el mismo final que mi abuela

The staff's treatment of the elderly residents is undoubtedly wonderful; they are very kind, attentive to their needs, and take good care of them. Visits are now permitted, and residents are allowed to go out with their families. They are very kind and trustworthy. The facilities are very clean and look lovely, especially the decor. My great-aunt is delighted with this residence. They also have small rooms for visitors, in case the elderly residents are unable to go outside, allowing them to receive visitors in one of the rooms. The staff is very friendly and attentive, both to the residents and to the visitors.
