On behalf of our entire family, we want to express our sincerest gratitude to all the staff at the residence for the love, dedication, and respect with which they cared for our father during the more than two and a half years he was here. This residence is a truly welcoming place, where every detail conveys humanity and professionalism. Its spectacular garden makes visits all the more enjoyable for both residents and their families. We greatly appreciate the excellent care provided by the caregivers, the always friendly reception staff, the dedication of the nursing team, the kindness of the nuns, and, of course, the outstanding work of the kitchen team, who prepare delicious homemade meals every day. We also want to highlight the comfort of the private rooms, which offer privacy and tranquility, as well as the celebrations and activities organized for residents and their families, which always made us feel part of a large family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for him and for us. We will always cherish a deep sense of gratitude for this home and for all the people who make it possible. From the very first day, we felt he was in a place where not only his physical well-being was cared for, but also his dignity, peace, and quality of life. We are deeply grateful for the patience, professionalism, and humanity that each member of the team offered him. We know it isn't always easy, and that's why we value even more the dedication with which they carry out their work. Finally, we didn't want to single anyone out, because there are so many special people at this center that it wouldn't be fair, but on behalf of all the staff, we want to express, on behalf of our entire family, our most sincere gratitude to the director, Susana, Sister Consuelo, and the entire team at the residence for the love, dedication, and respect with which they cared for our father during all this time. My mother has lived at this center for almost two years, and our experience has been completely positive. My mother felt at home from the very first moment, thanks to the wonderful treatment of the entire staff. Susana (the director) is always available and in contact with family members for any event or question that may arise. Another important aspect is the magnificent garden, where you can stroll and enjoy a family get-together. In short, an exemplary residence.

Almost without realizing it, our parents have grown older and are beginning to lose their independence, which is why we urgently need them. They can't be alone. In today's world, it's very difficult to balance caregiving and work, and right now is when they need the most affection. That's when a drastic decision must be made, many doubts arise, and internal conflicts arise, because they deserve everything, since they gave everything for us. That's when the obligation becomes apparent: we have to look for a nursing home, and doubts arise: which one? You start looking at one, another, another, and another, because from now on it will be your father's or mother's house, and as I keep thinking and saying, they deserve the best. In my case, after reviewing everything, I decided to choose the San José Residence. The San José Residence is a very family-friendly residence. The rooms are individual and have exterior windows. The cleanliness is 10 out of 10; there's a cleaning team on duty all day. It has a wonderful, well-maintained garden, where residents can enjoy a natural environment and breathe fresh air while strolling through the garden without being confined to a room all day. The San José Residence has its own laundry and ironing room where residents' clothing is carefully cared for. The cuisine is home-style and delicious, with two courses and dessert served daily. On Sundays and holidays, hot chocolate with churros, pasta, and coffee are served, and special meals are served at Christmas, Epiphany, and holy days. At the end of the month, all birthdays are celebrated. Now it's the turn of the technical team, made up of the sisters of the congregation who, although they work in the background, have a vital role within the organization. Director Susana Hernández directs and addresses all the challenges she faces, seeking the best possible way to achieve the best results and always keeping the human factor in mind, since her main objective is always to ensure that all staff and residents enjoy the best possible quality of life. Something I believe is conveyed and achieved, given that the support staff is efficient, kind, and caring, working hard to make our parents feel well cared for and pampered. We mustn't forget the work done by the psychologist, physical therapist, doctor, and nurses who ensure the residents' quality of life by exercising and mentally exercising, taking their medications, and treating their wounds. They also offer a wide variety of activities, from fun games to musical concerts, where families can participate and enjoy the events. I could go on for much longer, but I think what I've said is enough to get a sense of the residence. Based on everything I've explained, I 100% recommend the San José Residence; your parent deserves it. Juan García
