Horrible! I can't even describe the things I've seen. My grandmother has been there for four years, and for about a year and a half now, we've been witnessing unspeakable things. My grandmother is covered in feces; they don't bathe her. Diapers full of feces are left uncollected in the bin. Clothes stained with feces are left lying in the bathroom. The smell is unbearable from the hallway. Her bedclothes are soiled with feces. My grandmother isn't taken downstairs or fed, her hair is disheveled, and she's completely neglected. They speak rudely to her, take her slippers, give them to another woman who has urinary incontinence and didn't have spare slippers, and then return them covered in urine to my grandmother. When we went to pick her up to take her home for a meal, we found dried feces embedded in her skin when we took her to the toilet! My grandmother's condition has deteriorated rapidly because she isn't eating, and they don't seem to care whether she's eating or not. Thankfully, we finally got her out of there! The director never shows her face, the social worker has no shame in the things she does and says, and the psychologist is shameless! A nurse spoke very rudely to my grandmother! And all the things we haven't seen and that I haven't even mentioned... Thank goodness she's leaving! And by the way, they cover for each other and treat you like you're stupid! I'm giving it one star because I can't leave it without one.

Fantastic! The staff were wonderful and incredibly friendly. The activities kept them busy and very motivating. The food was varied and homemade. The rooms were private with en-suite bathrooms, and my mother had a small balcony. The physiotherapist was very professional and caring. They kept me informed of everything that was happening. I have nothing but praise; thank you for taking such good care of my mother.

A very good residence, especially in terms of the treatment, attention, staff, activities, and services. Large, with large, bright spaces and several very new, well-equipped rooms with magnificent views. It also has large gardens and is located in a magnificent natural setting like Matadepera. Very reasonable value for money. On the downside, some of the amenities are very old and need significant improvement.

The treatment of the grandparents is always exquisite; my mother has been going there for a long time and I can only be grateful for the care, the treatment and affection; in short, they pamper the grandparents.

The staff are very dedicated to the elderly and take excellent care of them. The atmosphere is cheerful, very friendly and welcoming, and everyone is very welcome.
