La Residència per a gent gran La Florida destaca por su personal atento y profesional, buena comida y ambiente amable que ha generado satisfacción en los residentes y sus familias. Sin embargo, presenta algunas limitaciones en infraestructura, con instalaciones algo antiguas, problemas frecuentes con el ascensor y deficiencias ocasionales en los servicios básicos como el agua caliente, aspectos que podrían mejorarse para ofrecer una experiencia más completa.

We didn't see all the facilities, only the dining room, so I don't have enough information to give it 5 stars. From what I could see during our stay, it's a small residence with good service, its own kitchen, and a friendly atmosphere. The management and staff were good.

Without a doubt, the residence where I will stay tomorrow. The staff is very professional and affectionate with the elderly. Good food, always room for improvement. Good facilities, also room for improvement.

My grandmother is happy at the residence. And she's very level-headed, so her opinion is realistic. Beautiful garden. Acceptable value for money.

The caregivers are very nice, the facilities are a bit old. The elevator breaks down frequently and the hot water runs out in the showers.
