My name is Mari. My mother-in-law currently lives at the Acayser residence, but my mother and aunt also lived there in the past. My family and I have always been very happy with the treatment of the residents and us. The place is very clean, they offer many activities, and the staff is extremely skilled at serving everyone at all levels. They eat very healthy and in abundance, and they offer various diets tailored to each person. There is also good supervision by the center's management. Many thanks to all the Acayser staff.

My mother was admitted to this facility for almost a year, and unfortunately, it's the worst thing that's ever happened to us. She lost a lot of weight in two months. The lack of care for the elderly residents is unbelievable; they go hungry. They wouldn't let us into the dining room so we wouldn't see what they were eating. They'd take them out of the dining room after five minutes. The lack of attention to my mother, who was very frail, was incredible. My mother went there to recover, but it was the complete opposite due to the lack of assistance. She fell several times. In short, I wouldn't advise anyone to admit their family member to this residence; it's the worst thing that could happen to them.
