Opiniones

My aunt is doing very well there. The people who take care of her are lovely. Despite being an apartment, everything is very clean and tidy. A thousand thanks to everyone for the work you do there.

It was the only time I've needed a care home, and my experience has been very negative. The nursing staff is only available from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. On weekends, if a resident becomes ill, the caregiver calls the nurse without notifying the family. While the cleanliness appears good, residents contract scabies, and families aren't informed until it's obvious. Diapers aren't changed properly, and dependent residents aren't showered or fed properly. I asked for explanations several times, but they kept giving me the runaround. I even spoke with the social worker, and her response was to transfer me to another care home. I don't recommend it, at least not the fourth floor.

People who love the work they do. Kindness from the entire team. Cozy facilities. My aunt is super comfortable and we are also sure that she is in good hands. Good management and coordination. Thank you for the work you do!

I can't give negative stars. I went there for information, and the person who helped me said I had to make an appointment. I asked for the phone number, and she shouted that she'd give it to me right away. I told her, "No need. I wouldn't take my mother here even if there weren't any other options." If she treats me like this, imagine how she'd treat my 92-year-old mother. By the way, the caretaker was very kind; he took me to another residence on Bailén Street so I could ask. A 10 out of 10 for him.
