Residència Novallar de Mediona recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: la mayoría de usuarios elogia ampliamente la calidad de atención, profesionalismo, limpieza y empatía del equipo hacia los residentes y sus familias; sin embargo, una minoría reporta experiencias muy negativas relacionadas con falta de transparencia en la gestión, trato desagradable hacia los familiares y una actitud autoritaria que desalienta la colaboración. On September 1st, our 94-year-old mother/grandmother passed away after a long and pleasant stay at the Mediona Residency. During all this time, she received very professional and, above all, very affectionate care from the entire team. We wholeheartedly recommend this home for its involvement and empathy with the people we love so much. Many thanks and best regards.

The nursing home couldn't be better. The atmosphere is completely family-friendly, both with the assistants and the director, always attentive to the grandparents. I'm not even talking about my family member alone. You're there and you see the staff stopping with a grandparent and asking them questions or things that make the grandparent feel comfortable. Then you see the nursing home and the rooms, and everything is always super clean. The staff is extremely attentive.

We only have words of gratitude for the entire team at the Residence. Our family member could not have been better cared for. They have shown empathy, collaboration and understanding at all times, in addition to being attentive to his needs. We give a very positive assessment of his stay and we are very happy with it.

Despite being in a quiet area, the experience with this residence has been very negative. When we, the relatives, try to collaborate or provide information to improve care, we often receive unpleasant treatment or are simply ignored. The management acts with a lack of transparency, an authoritarian style and a worrying lack of empathy towards the relatives. The problems are covered up and no real solutions are offered. We will not remain silent. We will continue to explain publicly what is happening because this situation is absolutely unacceptable.

The residence is in a natural setting, but it has serious flaws. When we try to help or offer ideas, they ignore us or treat us badly. The management is closed off, authoritarian, and lacks empathy for families. It's an unacceptable situation. People are leaving, and we're not going to put up with it much longer either.
