La Residència Nova Convivència 1 y 2 recibe críticas extremadamente negativas de los usuarios, quienes denuncian negligencia grave en la atención médica, instalaciones obsoletas, falta de higiene y malos tratos hacia los residentes, con casos documentados de deterioro físico severo y situaciones que han resultado en fallecimientos. Las familias expresan profunda desconfianza hacia la gestión de la residencia, cuestionando la formación del personal y la ausencia de supervisión adecuada, aunque reconocen que algunos trabajadores como Pepi mantienen un trato más digno.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. I HAD MY MOTHER FOR 11 MONTHS AND WHEN I TOOK HER OUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME BACK ALL HER CLOTHES. IT'S AN OLD APARTMENT, VISITS ARE MADE IN THE LOBBY SINCE IT DOESN'T HAVE A VISITING ROOM. I WON'T SPEAK BADLY OF THE WORKERS EVEN THOUGH THERE IS EVERYTHING, I ONLY MET THE AFTERNOON SHIFT AND THE BEST IS PEPI, THE ONLY SPANISH ONE AND THE BEST WITH THE BEST TREATMENT. BY THE WAY, THE 5-STAR REVIEWS HERE ABOUT A CERTAIN EMILY AND MIREIA ARE BECAUSE THEY WORK IN THAT RESIDENCE. THE NURSE IS A DISASTER. A LAMENTABLE RESIDENCE.

Home??? What a shabby little place they have. Terrible care. Any resident who causes trouble is punished in the hallway or in their room. They don't care if they eat or drink. If they have to take an elderly person to the hospital for any reason, don't bother calling; they completely neglect them. They took my mother on the 6th to be hospitalized for a fever. It turns out she had a urinary and fecal infection, dehydration, and had lost 2 kilos in a week. She died on the 10th... but!!! Surprise!!! They called me on the 25th saying the bank had returned the €1,300 bill. I asked them if they knew where my mother was, and they had no idea... This speaks volumes about the kind of people in that residence you call HOME... You yourselves...

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESIDENCE AT ALL. VERY OUTDATED FACILITIES. THEY COMPLETELY DISREGARD ELDERLY PEOPLE. COMPLETE NEGLECT OF MEDICAL ATTENTION, WHICH DOESN'T SURPRISE ME DUE TO THE INSUFFICIENT OR NULL TRAINING OF THEIR STAFF, LACK OF SANITATION AND CLEANING...IT'S A SHAME THERE ARE NO MORE INSPECTIONS BY THE GENERALITAT / SOCIAL SERVICES.
