Opiniones

Muchas gracias.

I am deeply grateful for the care my father received at the Moll de la Fusta Residence. The staff is simply fantastic. Every member of the team treated my father with the utmost respect, dignity, and great care, which was a great source of peace of mind for both him and our family. It was comforting to know he was in the hands of people who truly cared about his well-being, not only in terms of his physical health but also emotionally. The facilities were another huge plus. The environment was always immaculate and very well maintained, and you could tell everyone involved made a great effort to make it feel like a true home. There was a warmth in the atmosphere that is hard to find in many care homes, and I believe this contributes to the well-being of the residents. It never felt institutional or cold, but always welcoming and familiar, just as a home should be. What impressed me most was how the team handled the challenges that inevitably arise when caring for seniors. They faced these challenges with patience, kindness, humor, and a lot of heart. Whether managing health concerns, mobility issues, or simply ensuring each resident feels heard and valued, the staff goes above and beyond. It's evident they put their full effort and dedication into every task, which cannot be overstated. Even the food is excellent. My father, who was always a bit picky about meals (being the good old cook that he was), had nothing but good things to say about the dining room options. The meals are not only nutritious but also taste great, which is an attention to detail that makes a huge difference in ensuring resident comfort and satisfaction. In short, Moll de la Fusta was the best possible place for my father. The care, the atmosphere, the food, and the overall dedication of the staff made it a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their loved ones.

My grandmother spent 15 days in this nursing home. Four days before she died, she began to feel ill (due to a bronchoaspiration and urinary tract infection). No one attended to her during those four days, during which time her family told her that she didn't seem well. The nursing home staff ignored her. Two days before she died, she was referred to the emergency room in the early morning without contacting any family members. After three hours alone in the emergency room, at 94 years old, the hospital called us to inform us that she was in the emergency room. When we arrived, they told us there was nothing they could do; the infections had spread, and she died 48 hours later. When we contacted the director to ask for an explanation, she acknowledged failures in the operating protocol and apologized, a sterile apology that demonstrates the lack of humanity and negligence committed by the team of "professionals." The director has zero empathy and is extremely apathetic. We do not recommend this residence to anyone; our grandparents do not deserve this type of treatment.

My mother hasn't even been here a week and her face has already changed so much! She's even taking a few steps, which they told us at the hospital she wouldn't be able to do! She's so happy, and so are we. She couldn't be in a better place—better cared for, with more love, in a family atmosphere, with no time restrictions. Highly recommended, a 10 out of 10! 👍💞 Sadly, after almost two years, my mother passed away. During her entire time here, she was incredibly happy and received excellent care from the staff, who deserve a 100% rating—the very best. What we didn't expect was that when we went to collect her belongings—my mother passed away on July 25th, and the care home was paid for until July 31st—we were received in a damp basement with no air conditioning, no chairs, and garbage bags strewn all over the floor, along with all her things, as if my mother had been trash. It was outrageous, offensive, and completely unethical, making our family feel completely out of place. That's why I'm taking away all the stars.

My mother couldn't have stayed in a better place. Excellent care, with lots of warmth and kindness. Well-equipped facilities, professionalism, and excellent organization. Good social relationships with the other residents are fostered. Visiting hours are freely available. Family attention is excellent. Complete satisfaction.
