In my humble experience, considering this is the second nursing home we've been to, I can say the staff is very friendly, and the management has been very helpful. I see the residents are well cared for; they do gymnastics, and a psychologist visits them and plays games to keep them entertained. As for the food, I can only say it smells good. There are two rest areas so there's no overcrowding, and they also have space to walk around and go out into the courtyard.

The staff are excellent and very friendly. However, the director is rude and has no ethics or respect for people. She offers no assistance whatsoever to families, including with paperwork, etc. She falls far short of expectations for a position at that level. I've had to take my mother out of the office so she wouldn't see things every day that were very upsetting.

Terrible professionalism, a profound lack of empathy and humanity toward patients and their families. As a healthcare professional myself, I'm ashamed that personnel like this taint such a beautiful profession, so caring for people. My experience with this resistance is shameful. I hope, for the sake of their families, that they don't fall victim to this illness.

The staff is excellent. The management is a failure. There's a lack of ethics and respect for both patients and their families. I had to take my mother out so she wouldn't suffer seeing the same thing every day. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I'm giving it one just to be honest. A relative passed away, and when we were collecting their things, they only gave me clothes, nothing of their personal belongings (for example, photos I know I had on my nightstand). They casually told us, "Well, we'll just throw it away." SHAMEFUL
