Opiniones

Our mother has been living in Marvi Parc since July. We are delighted with this residence, we love the facilities and especially the staff who work there, they are kind and dedicated people. She is calm and well taken care of. We are aware that our mother is not easy to deal with, but they know how to treat her and that gives us peace of mind

Hello, good afternoon. People only know how to complain about the poor care of the elderly in nursing homes, but we, the geriatric care workers, do an excellent job with these residents because it is a very hard and rewarding job to help people who cannot care for themselves. Those families who only know how to complain should stop complaining so much and take care of their parents if they can, because we do a wonderful job caring for parents that their children don't.

My mother has been in the residence for two years. With the change in management, many changes have been made, both structural and in the care provided to our residents. All of these changes have been very positive for everyone. I want to thank the entire Marvi Park team.

I want to acknowledge the excellent care my aunt Carmen (who passed away on June 25th) received during her three-year stay at the care home. I especially want to thank the caregivers, the cook, the nurse, the doctor, and the supervisor, who were always so attentive not only to my aunt but also to the family, as was the case with me. My gratitude to all of them.

It's more like a psychiatric hospital than a nursing home; it's awful to hear the elderly residents screaming at all hours. If I could get my grandfather out of there, I would do it without hesitation. He's lost a lot of weight since he's been there; I always see him eating green beans and potatoes. The elderly residents look so sad and withdrawn. They don't talk to each other or socialize because they're heavily medicated, so they don't bother anyone instead of hiring more staff. They don't know how to encourage interaction among themselves so they can form friendships, something crucial for human beings at all ages. Even though they're elderly, they're still people with emotional needs, in addition to their physical ones.
