My father-in-law was hospitalized. He suffers from Alzheimer's. He was treated wonderfully. The staff was very sweet to him and to us. He was always clean, changed, and cared for while he was there. Special thanks to Josep, who with wonderful kindness, gentleness, and understanding accompanied us throughout and helped us.

My mother has been at Les Masies de Mollet for two and a half years. From the beginning, she lacked clothing, but not too much. Now, since before summer, she's been missing underwear, pants, and pajamas every day. Our electric toothbrush and two new blankets have disappeared (they've been missing blankets for over a year). My mother is allergic to the diaper pants prescribed by the doctor. We've sent numerous emails complaining and met with Mr. Josep, who is now the director of the center. He doesn't solve the problem; he just says they're working on it. He says clothes are lost because they're not labeled, and that's not true. To illustrate, he bought my mother 12 pairs of underwear, labeled them, and only wore them once because they disappeared. He told me to go to the dry cleaners, and I've gone three times and haven't found anything belonging to my mother. As you can imagine, I don't recommend this residence. The only thing that saves it is the efforts of some great professionals. The senior managers should approach their positions with more professionalism.

Hello, I'm giving one star because of the caregivers; I'd give five, but I'm sure management would think it was because of them. My mother left a review two months ago, and we're still waiting for management to fix the problem. We've been saying for over six months that my grandmother's clothes were going missing, but they haven't listened. This year, we haven't been able to take our grandmother out for Christmas lunch even once because she has no clothes. She doesn't have any pants, sweaters, underwear, bras, or socks. I'm sure that if she were Mr. Josep's (the center's director) mother, she wouldn't have gone on vacation and would have left her mother in this situation. This residence is a disgrace. No matter how many complaints we file by email, in writing at the center, or in person, they just won't fix it. And yet, they still charge us every month. Some people say they have no problems, but when we ask them if they look in their relative's closet, they say no. If it weren't for the people who care for them, who give them love and humane care, I don't know what would become of the people who have to live there because we can't take care of them.

We had our mother admitted and from the first day we have received excellent care. There is a wonderful team of people who take care of the residents and families. Special thanks to the care of the second floor nursing team and Josep for always attending to our needs and helping to ensure that the mother's adaptation process went so well. We would definitely recommend it to everyone for the peace of mind they have given us.

Terrible nursing home! Poor treatment of residents and a severe lack of hygiene. As attractive as the new facilities may be, the care is nothing like it seems. Clothes get lost even though they're labeled; they often don't reach the resident because they often give them to other residents without checking their names. The pharmacy bill includes more than what was consumed. In the case of diapers, they charge excessive amounts and then they weren't changed frequently. I hope this review has been helpful. I personally do not recommend this nursing home.
