A friendly, attentive, and patient team, from the manager and social worker to the nurse, physiotherapist, caregivers, and cooks. Our mother has been well cared for and supported. I'm not giving it 5 stars because of the architectural barriers at the street entrance. These are people who rarely go out, and if they want to, it's difficult.
