My mother arrived at the residence at a very delicate time, with a poor prognosis. At first, we arrived with a lot of fear and uncertainty. The adjustment wasn't easy, but as the days went by, thanks to the affection, patience, and dedication of the entire team, little by little everything changed for the better. Today we can say that she has improved tremendously, so much so that two months ago I wouldn't have imagined her doing so well. She is content, calm, and she looks happy, something that, for me, is priceless. She is smiling, singing, and walking again. Seeing this change has been an enormous gift and a great source of peace. I want to sincerely thank all the staff for the humane, warm, and respectful treatment they provide every day. They not only care for her, but they also keep her company and make the residents feel at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell there is a true vocation and love for what they do. I wholeheartedly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a place where they truly care about the well-being and dignity of a family member. This is exactly the place we were looking for. Our mother is doing much better; they take great care of her, they love her, and it's wonderful that they have their own kitchen and the food is so homemade. The whole team is fantastic. Helena, the director, is always available to families, and Dr. Tous and the nurse Mauricio are incredibly professional. All the assistants are so kind to the patients, as are the activity coordinator, Emma, and the psychologist, Joan. I take my hat off to absolutely everyone and thank them eternally.

Zero maintenance. Everything is falling apart. It's 40 degrees Celsius and they don't turn on the air conditioning; you have to bring a fan from home. We complained about our relative's poor physical condition, and they rudely said it was normal. We called 112 (the emergency number), and they were admitted to Sant Pablo Hospital after suffering a stroke. Deplorable conditions for paying over €1900/month. Only the caregivers and the cook are decent. We will be filing a complaint with the Health Department; they should shut it down.

There are too few staff to care for the elderly, the food is watered down to save money, the residence is made up of repurposed apartments, and there's not enough space for so many seniors. It's in a good area, but they don't even take them out for walks.

That nursing home was HORRIBLE! The medical treatment was awful and their work was VERY POOR. They let my father die there. I WISH that nursing home WOULD DISAPPEAR!
