Dear Team at the Eixample del Prat Residence, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the care, dedication, and affection you showed my father, Eduardo, during his stay with you. Your professionalism and compassion made a huge difference to his well-being and to the peace of mind of our entire family. Every gesture, every kind word, and every moment of attention was deeply appreciated. Knowing he was in the hands of a committed and attentive team gave us great peace and confidence. I am immensely grateful for your support, care, and for treating him with respect and affection. Thank you so much for everything you have done and continue to do for him and for so many others. A few days ago Gabriel left us, suddenly and without suffering, after 1 and a half years at the Day Center and 6 months at the Residence. Thanks to the whole team at the Day Center (the school as he called it) especially to Charo and Nerea (his two loves) he was very happy and every day for him was a party (the school that they had not been able to go to as a child). Thanks also to all the staff at the 2nd floor. as well as to Cristina (receptionist) who did not hesitate to leave the counter to talk to him, always with a smile. Thanks to Marc (the physio) because every day he did an activity he found my father smiling, he was his idol. Thanks also to Cristina T.Social for being so loving. When he went from the Day Center to the Residence "the lights went out", he began to feel lonely and the nights seemed eternal to him. Thanks to Dr. who so many times, kindly, called me to look for solutions that were not aggressive. Disappointment by the lack of professionalism and sensitivity, on the part of nurse Sara. My father was sad and in the 6 months of stay we did not see him happy or adapted (even though his admission was voluntary) he did not meet his expectations or ours. Thank you also. DAD, wherever you are "fly high" and have a good trip.

I wanted to thank the entire team at the Day Center, the caregivers, physiotherapists, and reception staff, not forgetting the social worker. Thank you all for your kindness and support. My father was very comfortable and well cared for. It's a shame we had to take him out due to health reasons. It was a very positive experience for him. Thank you all so much. Raquel

My father spent two years in the care home. My deepest gratitude goes to all the staff, especially the nurses and caregivers on the ward, who cared for him with such affection until the very end, particularly during the last two weeks when he was ill and they devoted themselves to his care and well-being until his final day.
