My mother has been in this residence for several months now, and we couldn't be more at ease. From day one, they conveyed a sense of warmth and professionalism. Because it's a small facility, the care is very personal and friendly; they know each resident by name and are fully aware of their preferences and needs. The team is attentive, patient, and incredibly compassionate. Whenever we've had a question, they've answered it clearly and promptly. Furthermore, the facilities are impeccably maintained and clean, and it's clear that they are very well organized.

It's a small, centrally located residence, formerly the home of a prestigious doctor, and for a few years a family home for the residents. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Currently, and for just over a year now, I can only say that the real information about this residence is obtained right at the door by speaking with the residents' families or by going inside and learning through the kind words and excellent service provided by the management. ⭐ I am grateful to the former staff and the director for the care and affection shown to my father during his stay. Oops! I forgot to attach these pictures. They don't tell you about these skin lesions, but they do mention that your relative is disrupting the peace and quiet of the house because they have a degenerative disease and shout.

Residència la Vil·la: Residence or more like a dog pound? What I'm about to explain is ALL SUPPOSEDLY and my humble opinion. I'm not hiding behind any pseudonym; I'm from Olesa, born and bred, and I don't want to see any of these PEOPLE, because they are people! They continue treating them worse than in a dog pound. This residence was PREVIOUSLY run by JACKELINE, a wonderful person, who managed the residence and cared for the residents. A year and two months ago, they changed the management and put in: Director: Jandira (the head housekeeper's daughter) Head Housekeeper: Jannet (the director's mother) Maintenance and Cleaning: Miguel (the director's husband) Since then, this private residence has gone downhill. My relative went from being: happy with the food, kind and caring treatment, adequate hygiene… Everything was great, just as we want to see our loved ones in good hands and happy. To: Inedible food Poor hygiene Bruises, which they don't even tell the family how they happened (when he was in a wheelchair). They treat them better in a dog pound. Advice: I would avoid taking a loved one there at all costs. I'm not speaking out of spite, I speak out of humanity. We are no longer afraid that our demands to the administration will affect you. It's a shame they couldn't have taken you in sooner at the Santa Oliva residence; you were so well cared for in your final days. I wish we could post the photos and evidence of your injuries. Very poorly cared for by a friend's father. They don't deserve to be in such bad conditions, considering what they pay. It's not right. They don't even deserve one star. We have to look after our elderly. Another day it could be us who has to go there. They deserve to be treated well and well cared for.
