Opiniones

Mr. Antoni, the director, is lacking in the Britad, in the comment he dedicates to it and in addition, he congratulates his own comment, this is the level, he doesn't work for free, he should be more professional.

It will soon be two years since my mother entered the nursing home. At first, the whole family was anxious to see how she would handle the change of leaving her lifelong home to live in a new home shared with other people, where she would no longer be the one making the day-to-day decisions. She has had some health setbacks that she has managed to overcome despite the limitations imposed by her age, and thanks to the invaluable work and collaboration of Dr. Antón and his entire team, she is now sufficiently adapted and happy. When we made the difficult decision to place our family member in a nursing home for the final stages of their life, it was because we couldn't care for them as well as we would have liked, and we didn't have the knowledge or skills for such an important task. It is thanks to the dedication, love, and commitment (which we don't value enough) of these professionals that we can feel at ease knowing they are in good hands. Thank you again, and my absolute respect to the entire Gravi team for the selfless dedication you provide daily.

Good afternoon. I wanted to mention that my grandmother spent the last three years of her life at the Gravi Residence, and as her grandson, I can only say that I will always be grateful to the entire team for the way they treated her and our family. I don't understand how Esther Morillo can say that they've removed two people who have simply retired at 70, which is time for a well-deserved rest, and that someone else has a new professional project and wants to pursue it. By the way, I wish you all the best in this new chapter you're beginning. Before writing something like that, Esther Morillo, you need to know the context. Thank you, Gravi family.

I just want to tell anyone with a family member in this care home that it's not all it seems. When you go to visit your relatives, there's a staff shortage, staff who aren't qualified for their jobs, and poor organization. If I had a family member, this would certainly be the last place I'd put them. Most of the staff aren't qualified, especially the person in charge.

With deepest sadness, we would like to express our gratitude to the people who cared for our mother for three years. We shared so many moments that enriched her life. The relationship with the staff was wonderful in every way, and she was always at peace, happy, and well cared for. And we must say that during difficult times, they were always there for us, making the pain as painless as possible. With all our love, respect, and heartfelt gratitude from the family of Juliana García Provenza. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.
