La Residencia Geriátrica Yayo Toni recibe principalmente valoraciones muy positivas, con usuarios destacando la excelente atención del personal, el trato cálido y respetuoso hacia los residentes, y la ubicación tranquila de las instalaciones. Sin embargo, existe una reseña crítica que señala problemas graves relacionados con la medicación excesiva de residentes y la posible falta de personal suficiente para garantizar una adecuada atención y movilidad de los mayores.

We highly recommend this residence; for me, it's one of the best in the area. Our relative came from another residence where they were asked to leave (and insulted), and while searching online for options in the area, I found Yayo Toni. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind. When we finally got a place for our relative, it was truly a stroke of luck (because it's so difficult to find a place these days). To this day, I have to say that the treatment is outstanding. The staff are caring and attentive. They treat all the residents with love and respect, and I can attest to this because we visit every weekend. They are always concerned about the well-being and needs of each resident. If they need a doctor, they notify you; if they are missing personal items, they notify you. I recommend it 100%.

Words can't do justice to this place. Not only is it located in a dreamlike setting, offering peace and tranquility, but the service is simply outstanding. They pamper and care for their guests like they're their own parents, and it shows. They are incredibly professional and, above all, very compassionate. My aunt has been going there for a year now, and we are all delighted, especially her. A million thanks for the wonderful work you all do. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I give it one star because I can't give it 0. If you really love the person you are putting in this residence, DO NOT take them. My grandmother came in walking and functional and we had to take her out because she couldn't even move because of the medication they have so they don't bother her. There is usually very little staff to take care of so many grandparents. I don't think it's the fault of the people who take care of them, who aren't the nicest women in the world either, but of the few people they have working. I don't recommend it at all, it was a real nightmare for us.

Since my mother was admitted last August, she has received excellent care. All the staff have treated us wonderfully, and the end-of-year party was very well organized. 😉 Overall, we are very happy! 🏆

My mother lives in this care home and I haven't had any problems with them at all. Whenever I've had to speak to them, they've always treated me perfectly, and the staff are very kind to me, my mother, and any visitors she may have.
